My New Kate Spade Handbag

Hello everybody!

Today I went shopping, and I bought this bag! Imagine me saying that in 100 times more excitement than how that sentence just sounded. Yep, that’s how I feel about my new purchase.

Kate Spade has a lot of new purses in many different styles right now. I was going around the store, comparing the different black bags until I noticed this one! I really love(d) the black bow on the front of the purse because it makes it much more unique than the others. I knew for sure that I wanted a black handbag because they go with everything. It matches with every outfit I could ever possibly put together, which is a really good thing!

The black purses at the outlet store came in a variety of different shapes.  I saw some that were more boxy, some that were rounded, some that were smaller, etc. I liked the bags I saw, but they all seemed a bit too plain for me because they didn’t have a lot of detail. I’m so glad that I was able to find this one!

This bag is a satchel. It has two straps so that you can hold it or put it in the crook of your arm. It also has a cross body strap that can come off of the bag. I personally love that it has two options of how you can hold/wear it! It looks adorable either way.

The bag itself is the perfect size. It isn’t a huge bag, but it definitely isn’t small. It can hold a lot. While I was in the store, I put my wallet inside (which is pretty long) and it fit perfectly! There was still a lot more room left over, too. I tried to give you an idea of the size by including that first picture of me wearing it.

The inside of the bag also has two pockets, and is made of this silky material. One pocket is a zip pocket (which has the Kate Spade label on it), and the other is just a built-in fabric one. If you wanted a place to store your phone and smaller items, these compartments are great. They are actually really roomy.

The outside of my bag has the little bow right under the gold plated Kate Spade embellishment. As mentioned earlier, the bow on this bag gives it that extra detail that I was looking for. I absolutely love it (side note: a new goal of yours can be to count how many compliments I give this bag). On the back, the purse is just like the front but without the bow and label.

The bottom is just flat leather, so it will stay up when you set it down.

The whole handbag itself is made from leather and has gold detailing. There is a zipper that closes the bag. The cross body strap has a buckle that adjusts, so it can fit you perfectly!

This handbag is perfect. It looks so chic and classy on. I love how fashionable and stylish it is!

In general, I’m really happy with my purchase. Kate Spade is not cheap, but the products are made out of such great materials.I know that my bag will last me for years. If you want to get a designer bag, I highly recommend them. I know I say that a lot about everything I talk about on this blog, but I am being honest. They sell a variety of different shapes and sizes, and they also sell so many variations of colors. It’s seriously great.
