Dream Shoes

IMG_2415

Hi everyone!

Today I’m going to share my favorite pair of shoes with you, and that’s saying a lot considering I probably own too many. I got these as a birthday gift a couple of months ago, and I’ve been wearing them nonstop ever since.

These are the Commes Des Garçon X Converse hightops. You all know how much I love my plain back Converse, and you also know my love for designer accessories… yeah, so basically these shoes are a dream come true.

There are so many small details that make these shoes different from regular Converse. To start off with, they have the famous red heart on the sides and also a white stripe on the heel. The rubber part of the shoe is more of an off-white color, and the rubber is extremely shiny, giving it a patent leather kind of look. Also, they’re not as flat as other Converse and kind of have a little platform. This makes them so much more comfortable too. It feels like there’s foam in the soles, making them a perfect pair for day to day wear, whether that’s going to work, school, or having a day/night out.

These shoes are unlike any other pair that I own, and I get so many compliments when I wear them. They’re a great accessory to any outfit and match with basically everything.

Besides black, you can also get them in an off-white color. You can get them as lowtops, so you have options when it comes to the style and color. Also, I feel like it’s helpful to mention that these come in men’s sizes. Make sure you know what size you are in Converse because women sizes are generally smaller than your normal size.

These are definitely going to get a lot more wear during fall and winter. I can’t wait to show you how I style them!

Here’s what I’m wearing:
