Hey!
Today I am going to be doing quite an old-school blog post. I asked on my Twitter if you wanted to see this, and a few people said yes. It’s going to be the fashion tag, and I feel like this will be a lot more interesting for you than a Q and A. If you don’t know what the fashion tag is, it’s a series of questions about fashion that I have to answer. At the end, I have to tag other people to answer these questions on their blog.
There are a lot of different types of questions from this tag on the Internet, so I’m just picking some of my favorites to answer on here.
1. What is the last thing you bought?
The last thing I bought was a pair of lace up heels from Steve Madden. They’re so trendy right now, and also so cute! You might be seeing them soon 😉
2. My wardrobe is mostly full of…?
I would probably have to say shirts. One side of my closet is completely dedicated to them, and I have even more in my dresser.
3. What hat would you never wear?
I would never wear a fedora. They are one of my least favorite accessories to ever exist. I just don’t like the fit and style of them.
4. What is your best style advice?
I would definitely say that it’s important to remain true to what you like and your personal style. There are a lot of people who wear things because they’re trendy or popular, and they do it to be recognized and to fit in. It’s necessary to wear things that you like, whether people accept it because it’s fashionable or not.
5. What do you always have on?
There isn’t anything that I wear 24/7, but I wear my Michael Kors watch so often, as well as a crystal cross bracelet with it.
6. Is fashion in your blood or your genes?
Fashion is in my blood. My mom really likes fashion, and she went to the fashion institute of design and merchandising (aka FIDM) when she was younger. My grandpa was also very stylish and interested in fashion.
7. Who inspired you to start writing about fashion?
No one inspired me to write about fashion. It was something that I decided to do because of my love for it, and because I wanted to share my opinions and style. There wasn’t anyone in particular that inspired me to start a blog, it was just always an idea that I had.
8. What are your favorite jeans?
The Topshop Joni jeans are my absolute favorite pair. They’re high waisted, and they are so easy to style with any outfit.
