Denim and Stripes

Hello everyone!

Although I did go to the park to take some blog photos, I really couldn’t help but lounge around in the grass, enjoying what seems to be “winter.” I really liked the outfit I was wearing even though it’s pretty laid back and casual. I hope you don’t mind me writing casually to compliment the photos.

I decided to wear a shirt and some jeans, a typical outfit that I can always count on. The jeans I’m wearing are from Topshop, but instead of my typical Joni jeans, I’m wearing  a pair of Jaime jeans with rips at the knees. I am also wearing a Topshop shirt that I got last year. I love the navy and white stripes, but one thing I especially love is a patch that is on it. It has a black heart patch on one side. My denim jacket is unfortunately covering it. However, it’s okay, because this jacket is a staple piece of mine. Everyone on here by now knows that I love a good denim jacket, and this one is not an exception. This jacket is cropped and tight fitted. It looks amazing with jeans!

I’m wearing my Quay Australia sunglasses, which I absolutely love. I must admit it though: they are very oversized. I personally love the big, cat-eye frames, but I realize others might not be big fans of them. I also love that the frame is made out of black marble print and that the lenses are pink. They add such a cute pop of color. I find myself throwing these sunglasses on whenever it’s sunny out.

I pulled out my Rebecca Minkoff backpack and Steve Madden flats again in order to make my outfit look a little more chilled out and relaxed. I love both of these things. I can sling the backpack over my shoulder, slip on my shoes, and be good to go on a day of adventures (…or just running errands).

I missed these outfit posts, but I love how I can just take photos anywhere of my outfit when I especially like it. I really hope that everyone likes this type of blog post. Not only were these photos relaxing to take, but this post is very relaxing to write.

I wish all of you the happiest of holidays! I’m going to be going on vacation for a week when you’re reading this, but I’m going to take photos for here while I’m there.
