Hi everybody!
By the time you’re reading this, I am going to be on vacation! I figured that it was only right to share some of my travel essentials. Hopefully it will be helpful to those of you traveling this summer!
To start off with, I am showing my Triangl bikini. I wrote a blog post aboutit almost a year ago, and it’s lovely to see that so many of you are still enjoying it! Triangl has a lot of amazing swimsuits with very cute patterns. Bathing suit shopping can be so difficult in the summer, but they’re so essential to have. I like to bring one with me while I’m on vacation so that I can wear it on the beach. For me, it’s a must have in my suitcase.
I also like to pack shorts with me. This pair is from BP, and it has rips at the front. Shorts are really nice because you can wear them casually while you’re hanging out, or you can dress them up with some cute shoes. They are perfect to just throw on with a t-shirt and some accessories. You also won’t get too warm in these.
I would also take some cute jewelry. I personally prefer to take something very versatile. If you bring with you some earrings, you can switch them up day to day. I am showing this lace choker with pearls. It’s really delicate and pretty, so it will dress up your outfit if you need it to. You can also throw this on if you just want to give your outfit an extra accessory.
I also bring sunglasses with me everywhere I go. I keep them in my bag so that if I need them, I have them. These are, obviously, good for when you’re in the sun. Even if you think you might not need sunglasses, I would bring them just in case!
I always like to bring a book with me, and this is one that I’m going to be reading on the trip. I talked about this series in my last blog post. Books are really good to have while traveling. Not only are they relaxing to read, but it’s also better for you than staring at a computer or phone screen.
It’s always great to travel with something that will capture all of the memories from your trip. This is the Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 camera. It is so easy to use, and the film comes out right away! I have taken this with me several times on vacation. I love to take the photos and hang them around my room. They’re a nice way to remember your trip, and a lot of fun to take!
I love makeup, and I think this lip glaze by Stila is perfect to bring. The name of this describes the shade perfectly: apricot. It’s a very warm and summery color. It isn’t too heavy on, and I think it would look amazing when you’re in the sun. I would also pair that with this perfume from Jo Malone. This is my all time favorite perfume in the scent Orange Blossom. I love this perfume because it smells just like orange blossom flowers. It’s not too strong, and it is very delicate and sweet (but not like a sickly, candy sweet way). I am definitely packing this with me.
